You've been surviving. It's time to heal.
You might remember a time when life felt lighter — before anxiety, self-doubt, or a heaviness became your constant companions. Now you're just getting through the day, stuck in loops of overthinking or physical tension you can't shake. Even when things look fine on the outside, internally it's exhausting. If you feel like you're getting through life moment to moment, you aren't alone — and you don't have to navigate this by yourself.
You've been surviving. It's time to heal.
You might be ready for EMDR if you:
Feel triggered or on edge, even when there's no obvious reason
Have memories that still carry a heavy emotional charge
Feel stuck despite years of talk therapy or other approaches
Struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, or a persistent sense something is wrong
Want to process trauma without feeling re-traumatized
Are ready for something that works at the level of the nervous system, not just the mind
What is EMDR?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that targets unprocessed memories — the ones keeping you frozen in the past and stuck in old responses. It uses bilateral stimulation (eye movements, tapping, or sound) to help your brain complete its natural healing process. Rather than talking about the past endlessly, EMDR helps your brain actually digest difficult experiences — so they stop running your life. We work with your nervous system, not just your thoughts. Since 2017 I've supported clients through life's heaviest chapters. I moved into EMDR because I wanted to offer more than coping — I wanted to help people truly heal.
